I did not realize that there were so many shades of blue before I drew this piece of art. It took a lot of revisions and practice to find the exact tone of blue that fit my artwork. This cool hue of blue reminds me that blue is a vibrant color that portrayed both tranquility and energy. In fact, the color blue nicely contrasts with the energy that the color yellow brings, showing how color can evoke emotions.

The unique design of the cup also resembles sides of an iceburg, showing that a tactile stimulus can be created with visual shapes.
